Who we are
CorrectMyListings (https://www.correctmylistings.com) provides done-for-you Listing Care — monitoring and correcting business directory listings. Contact: outreach@correctmylistings.com.
What we collect
When you request a free mismatch check, ghost audit, or quote, we collect the information you submit: business name, work email, city / state, optional Google listing URL, location count, and any notes you include.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, perform the requested check or audit, and follow up about Listing Care if relevant.
Advertising and analytics
If you arrive from a Google Ads campaign, we may use Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies or tags to measure conversions (for example, that a mismatch-check form was submitted). You can control ads personalization in your Google account settings.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are stored so we can respond and follow up, and are emailed to our outreach inbox. We use infrastructure providers (hosting and object storage) under contract to operate the site. We do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated marketing.
Retention
We keep lead and correspondence records as long as needed to provide the service and for ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
Your choices
Email outreach@correctmylistings.com to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through our forms.
